1. Service Acceptance

By accessing this website or approving a project estimate, you enter into a binding agreement with Elite Cleaning Surface. These terms ensure the safety of our technicians and the protection of your property.

2. Estimates & Precision Pricing

Our estimates are engineered based on visible surface area and material type at the time of inspection.

— Estimates are valid for 30 calendar days.

— Visual AI Estimates provide a professional range; final pricing is confirmed upon physical on-site calibration.

— Hidden issues (e.g., subterranean plumbing leaks or internal wall rot) discovered during cleaning may require a scope adjustment.

3. Site Preparation Requirements

To achieve elite-level results, the client is responsible for the following site preparations prior to the crew's arrival:

Water Access: Provide an uninterrupted supply of pressurized water via an exterior spigot.

Obstacle Removal: Move vehicles, patio furniture, potted plants, and fragile decorations away from the treatment zone.

Safety Lockdown: Keep all pets and children inside the property during the entire duration of the high-pressure and chemical treatment process.

Envelope Integrity: Ensure all windows and doors are tightly shut. We are not responsible for water entry through faulty seals or open windows.

4. Property Condition & Limitations

Pressure washing and soft washing can reveal pre-existing damage that was previously hidden by dirt or organic growth.

— We are not liable for loose mortar, oxidized paint, or degraded wood fibers that are removed during the necessary cleaning process.

— Minor water ingress through non-compliant builder-grade thresholds is the responsibility of the owner.

— Kill-rate for organic growth (mold/algae) is 99%, but we cannot control rapid regrowth caused by poor drainage or shade.

5. Scheduling & Weather Policy

As a South Florida localized service, we are subject to extreme weather conditions.

For the safety of our team and the quality of the chemical application, we may reschedule service due to high winds or lightning. We will notify you via SMS/Phone as soon as a weather delay is detected.

6. Payment & Financial Terms

Payment is required in full upon completion of the service unless prior corporate billing terms have been established.

— We accept major credit cards, Zelle, and professional bank transfers.

— Late payments exceeding 7 days incur a 5% administrative fee.

— For projects exceeding $2,000, a 25% mobilization deposit may be required.

7. Media Release (Social Proof)

Elite Cleaning Surface reserves the right to capture and use before-and-after photographs and videos of our work for marketing purposes. We will never display your address, license plates, or recognizable residents in any public marketing material without direct consent.

8. Liability Limitation

Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific service call.

We are fully licensed and insured for the peace of mind of every residential and commercial client we serve.
